so I just couldn't resist taking some pictures. The

reason for his crazy hair is that I did not brush it

the night before after he had his bath because he

was really fussy and wanted to go right to bed! He

has so much hair! We just love it!

Big Boy Caden

Here is Caden in his Bumbo seat! He really loves it.
He is almost 3 months old now. We can't believe how fast
he's growing. At his two month check up he weighed in
at 13 lbs 8 oz and was 24 1/2 inches long. He was in the
90th percentile for weight and 95th percentile for height. I
think he'll be tall like his Daddy! What do you think? We
enjoy him so much. It's neat because it seems like every
day he's doing something different. He started sleeping
through the night around 7 weeks. He goes to bed around
9:30ish and wakes up anywhere between 4 and 5ish in the
morning. What a difference that makes in how I feel. The first
time he did that I felt like a new woman! Now during the day
it's a different story. He's not much of a napper, but that's ok.
I'd rather him sleep at night more than anything. I'll take what I can!

She finally did it!!

Yes, after about a year of talking to Allison about
getting her ears pierced, she finally did it! Of course,
we had the help of a sugary friend, a sucker. She didn't
even cry and when it was over we asked her if she wishes
she would have gotten them done before our wedding and
she said yes. Oh well......it's done now and she looks oh, so cute!

Here is Caden with a miniature model John Deere tractor
that Grandpa Bult got him right after he was born. Kirk
is actually driving the real deal John Deere tractor this
year while farming, so it makes it even more special!

It's a boy!

We'd like to introduce to you our future farmer.......Caden Edward Bult! He arrived healthy on May 4th at 6:12 am weighing 8 lbs. 7 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. We feel so blessed that God has given us this new little baby boy! Allison is just thrilled to have a new little brother. She was very adamant that we were having a boy especially in the last few months of my pregnancy and she really wanted a little brother too. So she got what she wanted! It's hard not to just stare at him all day long! We love him so much! Here are some pictures from the hospital. Hopefully I can post more soon.
